Credit Transfer Policy

  • The student must satisfy any other transfer provisions as determined by the Academy Council.

No refund of course fees will be given, and the student will be dismissed from the University;

Procedures:

• Official Transcript and grade detailed syllabus must exist submitted to the Registrar'due south office for review and course evaluation;
• The Registrar shall review and evaluate the possible transfer of courses and gear up the Transfer Equivalency Form Form along with the course syllabus and forwarded to the business organization section for further assessment of the class. (This will take v or seven working days upon submission);

• The educatee must be enrolled at a college or university that is recognized by MOHE. five The student must obtain a written approval from his current college/academy stating the PSU course(s) that he/she is allowed to study at PSU. v The student must take his/her official transcript for at to the lowest degree ii semesters from his/her academy, to which he/she has been admitted.
• He/she must not be dismissed on disciplinary or educational grounds.
• ​All Financial rules are applied.

Note:

• To avoid any delays in the transfer procedure, the educatee must submit ​​all required documents at to the lowest degree 10 working days before the beginning of classes.
• All standardized test scores must take been taken during the last 2 years of submission.
